This makes a lot of sense to me. I spent a lot of time deliberately melting, and the last year or two has shown me that I need to re-crystallize. I've been trying to figure out what schemata I need to rebuild, but maybe the answer is that the right place to be is a state of dynamic equilibrium rather than any particular static schemata/crystallization.
